Jojoen Lucua Osaka
The way we dine has shifted
following the pandemic.
Seating is often divided, separated
by walls, and the trend has been toward closed-off spaces.
Marking the 48th year since its
founding, Jojoen’s new restaurant takes a different approach. Instead of
keeping seats apart, it intentionally reconnects them, weaving the spaces
together.
As guests and staff move through the interwoven space, their encounters create an atmosphere full of energy and vitality. Even in more private corners, the design seeks to enrich dining with its essence: connection and conversation.
