Cacaotier Gokan KITTE OSAKA
Cacaotier Gokan visits cacao-producing regions and, working with cacao farmers, creates chocolate of uncompromising quality.
In chocolate-making, the cacao husks are mostly discarded.
Effectively using these husks has become a social issue.
For the store’s interior, skilled plasterers kneaded pulverized cacao husks into their plaster to create a smooth chocolate-like finish.
The interior is adorned with continuous cacao silhouettes, gently embracing the entire space.
This unique space, where carefully crafted chocolate born from cacao beans harmonizes with the cacao husk finish, invites visitors to immerse themselves in the world of cacao.
